How does recurring lessons work?

Set a lesson to repeat weekly and it automatically appears on your calendar every week. Need to skip a holiday? Just delete that one occurrence. No need to re-enter 52 lessons per year.

Can I manage group lessons?

Yes. Create a group, add students, and schedule lessons for the whole group at once. Each student's attendance and payments are tracked individually.

How does the AI assistant work?

Ask it anything in plain language — your earnings this week, which students haven't paid, your schedule for tomorrow. It knows your data and gives you instant answers. Included in every plan.

Do I need to install an app?

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tamlito CRM ("the Service"), operated by Tamlito ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tamlito.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Tamlito. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Description of Services

Tamlito CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for private tutors and freelance teachers. The Service includes student management, lesson scheduling with recurring lesson support, payment tracking, calendar views, and related productivity tools. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

4. User Accounts

To use Tamlito, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tamlito only for its intended purpose as a tutoring CRM. You must not: use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service to third parties; or use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payment Terms

Tamlito offers a Free plan and the AI Assistant paid plan. Details: Free Plan: The Service offers a Free plan that includes the full CRM at no cost, with no limits on students or lessons. No credit card is required. AI Assistant Plan: The AI Assistant plan is offered at $9.99 USD per month, with higher daily AI message limits. The free tier includes 10 AI messages per day. Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Payment Failure: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, your access to the AI Assistant may be suspended until payment is resolved. Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Data Ownership and Portability

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Tamlito, including student information, lesson records, and payment data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant Tamlito a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You may export your data at any time through the account settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted as quickly as possible, unless retention is required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Tamlito and its entire contents, features, design, source code, trademarks, and functionality are owned by Tamlito and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent. The Tamlito name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Tamlito.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon account deletion: your right to use the Service ceases immediately; your data will be permanently deleted as quickly as possible; any outstanding fees remain payable; and provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will continue in effect.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamlito and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tamlito and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any content or data you submit through the Service.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tamlito is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tamlito regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
