Tamlito is committed to a fair and transparent refund policy. We want you to feel confident when subscribing to our platform. All subscription payments are managed and processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. This policy outlines your rights and options regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing.

Free Plan and 14-Day Free Trial

Tamlito offers a permanent free plan that includes the full CRM at no cost, with no limits on students or lessons. No credit card is required to use the free plan. You can use the free plan indefinitely without being charged. The AI Assistant plan is offered at $9.99 USD per month, with higher daily AI message limits. The free tier includes 10 AI messages per day. When you subscribe to the AI Assistant plan, you will start a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at the time of checkout but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. The free plan and the 14-day AI Assistant trial together serve as your evaluation period — you can fully explore the platform before any payment is taken. By choosing not to cancel before the trial ends, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the service and agree to be charged at the applicable rate. If you choose to cancel after your paid subscription begins, you can do so at any time from your account settings — your access to the AI Assistant will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Cooling-Off Period

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and similar consumer protection laws, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can withdraw from a digital content contract without giving a reason. Tamlito's 14-day free trial is designed to align with this cooling-off period. By starting a trial, you agree that the performance of the service begins immediately on the date the trial starts. You acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal begins on the date the trial starts, not the date of the first payment. During your trial, your card is on file but you are not charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost by visiting your account settings page or by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours before the trial ends. This satisfies the cooling-off right in full. By continuing past the 14-day trial, you expressly consent to the immediate and continued performance of the service and acknowledge that you thereby forfeit your right to a refund for that billing period. Your first charge occurs after the 14-day trial period, at which point the cooling-off period will have expired and no withdrawal right applies to the charge. Your consent to immediate service performance and acknowledgment of the withdrawal timeline is recorded at the point of purchase, including the date, time, and IP address. Tamlito's permanent free plan and 14-day trial together ensure you have had a meaningful opportunity to evaluate the service before any charge is made.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Tamlito subscription at any time from your account settings page or by emailing [email protected]. To cancel during the free trial and avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the trial ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to the AI Assistant until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle. For example, if you cancel 10 days into a monthly billing period, you will retain access for the remaining days but will not receive a refund for the unused portion.

Refund Eligibility

Because Tamlito provides a permanent free plan (full CRM, no limits) and a 14-day free trial of the AI Assistant plan before any charge is made, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. You have a meaningful opportunity to evaluate the service before your first payment, and your decision not to cancel during the trial confirms your acceptance of the subscription. Users who are in an active free trial have not been charged and therefore are not eligible for a refund — simply cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. You can cancel from your account settings page or by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours before the trial ends. Once the 14-day trial period ends and your first payment is processed, all charges are final and non-refundable. No refund requests will be considered after the trial period has elapsed.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, send an email to [email protected] with the following information: - The email address associated with your Tamlito account - The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for - A brief description of the reason for your request We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and will be returned via your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions — When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: - After the trial period: Once the 14-day free trial of the AI Assistant plan has ended and your first payment has been processed, all charges are final and non-refundable. - Voluntary account deletion: If you request deletion of your account, any remaining subscription time is forfeited and no refund will be issued. - Violation of Terms of Service: Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds. - AI assistant usage costs: The AI assistant incurs real-time usage costs each time it is used. AI usage costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. - Full performance of the service: Accessing the AI Assistant — including the higher daily AI message limits — during a billing period constitutes full performance of the service for that period, rendering the transaction non-refundable. Students, lessons, recurring scheduling, and data exports are included in the Free plan and are available to all users at no charge.

Price Changes

We may update our subscription prices from time to time. If a price change affects your plan, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email before the new rate takes effect. Existing subscribers will continue to be charged at their current rate until their next renewal date. At that point, the new pricing will apply. If you do not wish to be charged at the updated rate, you may cancel your subscription before your next renewal date at no additional cost.
